Meat Probe – Put the probe into the jack on the controller, put it through the access hole in the side of the grill, and insert in to the meat. Press the “Food” button on the controller, and it will quickly display the interior temperature level of the meat you’re cooking.

Thermal Sensor – Keep a constant internal temperature level year round with a Green Mountain Grill. Your grill will come outfitted with an interior thermal sensor that controls the temperature level by calibrating air and pellet flow to maintain a constant internal temp. Program Controls – An ambient air sensor tracks the outside temperature level and kicks the grill into “Turbo Mode” in cold weather. This means that the grill heats as rapidly in the cold as in hot weather!
Pellet Alarm – When the pellet level gets low, the grill sounds a discernible alarm to let you know to refill the pellets. This lets you continue undisturbed grilling!
